Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you aredelighted with your order. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied,you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 15working days from delivery and you tell us within 7 working days from deliverythat you intend to return the item.

We do not accept any exchange of product. If youwish to return an item purchased through Nica Professional Makeup, pleasefollow the steps below.


STEP 1 - Notifying Us OfYour Intention to Return or Cancel Your Order
Notifying us you wish to return any goods within7 working days after delivery can be done by emailing us on nicaprofessional@gmail.com or monicaleefaceart@gmail.comwith your order details. 

STEP 2 - Completing The Necessary Documentation
Please attached within acertified proof and doctor’s letter should there be an allergy reaction andplace it inside the return package.

STEP 3 - Processing The Refund
If you are entitled to a refund, we will processthe calculated refund within thirty (30) days of receiving your notificationthat you would like to return the products provided that you have returned thegoods to us in their original condition. You will receive an email notificationof your refund from us.

There is no refund in shipping fees. In the caseof damaged items, please contact us immediately for assistance. Refunds willonly be made against the original credit/debit card or bank transfer paymentmode used. Returns are processed within 30 business days of receipt. An emailwill be sent to confirm the receipt and processing of your return request.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives,please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred duringshipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, ifdamage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediatelyat nicaprofessional@gmail.com or monicaleefaceart@gmail.comwith attached image as proof of damage.

Please provide the order number along with youremail address and phone number for fastest service. To assure promptresolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damageditems for inspection.
